We have posts on our Teen Talk blog and our Parent Talk Blog about conversations. We talk about hearing problems and installing buttons, and a bunch of stuff that relates to how parents and kids communicate. It got us thinking. It’s important that we talk about that here as well.
This blog is also our opportunity to talk to you, the people who support us, who come to us for help, and who work with us. We work very hard at Underdue Social Services and Embracing Arms Group Home to provide quality services to children, teens and families. We spend a lot of time in that work talking about communication. That’s a big part of why we have our new blogs and our new social media sites. We are reaching out to start a conversation with all of you.
So, for us, the beginning is all about listening. We hope you will comment here on our blog. Just look at the bottom of a post and you will see comments. If it’s not open, click on comment and you will see a place for you to make one. Go to our Facebook page and comment on our wall. We keep track and we will work hard to respond to you. Watch for our tweets and follow us on Twitter.
It’s not just about trying to be cool, and current and hip (dating ourselves there). It’s about trying to listen to you. Thanks for talking to us.

Thanks Melissa! We are thrilled about it. Stop back often and see what comes up next!
Can you be more specific about the content of your article? After reading it, I still have some doubts. Hope you can help me.
